Ipad copy and paste not working

I presume that you have updated your iPad Pro (as indicated in the hardware signature attached to your initial question) to iPadOS 13.4.1, this being the current supported version of iPadOS.

Some gestures and functionality have changed. Your best source of information will be the iPad User Guide for iPadOS. Here are links to both the downloadable and online versions of the Guide:

The downloadable version is more comprehensive than the online version, but both complement eachother.

Cut copy paste works except if I try to copy something out of email excel file.
