Airpods microphone not working

Hi,

I bought Airpods 2 approximately 6 months ago. Yesterday suddenly my left airpod mic stopped working properly, sometimes the voice are clear but sometimes the voice is muffled. After one day I had this problem on my right airpod too.

I tried every thing such as cleaning, reseting and some other stuff but did not helped.

So do you think that this might be a software bug or anyone has some similar situation?
