Cursor Zoom When Moving Quickly

Hello - I am on a new 2018 Mac Mini with upgraded RAM. My cursor has an issue with zooming in when moving quickly or switching between items, but no accessibility features are enabled. Is this a common problem, and is there an easy fix?
