unable to update an app

I am unable to update my yahtzee game. It says my account is disabled for updates but I am able to purchase dice and other items

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.

or possibly, have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
