i tried that and it still didnt work
When you clicked on the blue link text in kb1951’s post and followed the instructions in that support article step by careful step where did you have a problem?
after plugging the phone into the usb cord that i connected to my laptop, I held the volume button down but the support screen never appeared on the phone
