iCloud for non iPhone photos

Hey! Is it possible to upload photos to iCloud that were not taken on an Apple product? I would upload the photos to my computer using an old school scanner. It's a ton too - like family photos from 30+ years ago

Yes. From a windows computer you can upload them by using an internet browser and going to the Photos app at icloud.com or you can uplad them by using iCloud for Windows. Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC - Apple Support

Note that once uploaded to iCloud they will sync to any of your devices where you have iCloud Photos turned on.
