I phone 10

I was cleaning it and suddenly the screen became huge and I could not power it off. Consequently, all the icons are not useable. How do I get the screen to its normal size?

Black edge around screen Did anyone notice that since the iOS update the screen of you phone got “smaller”? I have an iPhone 11 and I did the iOS 15 update just now. When checking my phone after the update I see that my screen became smaller and that there is a black edge around my screen. If I lock and unlock my phone I can clearly see that pixels of my screen remain unused. I phone screen and now images are huge and useless. Janet Happened when I cleaned screen. Now cannot use as screen is filled. Tried tapping screen and home button and switching off but not to power down swipe as cannot see it. Any ideas to rectify please.

Looks like zoom mode is enabled...To turn off Zoom, double-tap the screen with three fingers ...
