IPhone 7 Audio Not Working
The audio on my iphone 7 stopped working and I have no idea how to troubleshoot or what to do. Any ideas?

Not receiving tones associated with text, messages and e-mails. My ringer works fine for actual phone calls and all of my settings appear correct. However, when I push on the side volume buttons a "ringer" window opens that should show the volume level but instead the little bell icon has a "\" overtop of it. Thus it appears as if the ringer has been turned off.
I can find no other volume/ringer changer or silencer that could be causing this problem.
