I can’t make calls with my phone nor receive

I can’t make calls with my phone nor receive, I can’t hear d person and they can’t hear me too and also I can’t d recording on WhatsApp , and the phone recording is not working but the internet is normal even after I reset the phone but still

If you are unable make a call or receive; If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
