I cannot add my Apple Card to Wallet

I recently sent my phone off to get the screen replaced. My apple card is not available to be added to wallet. I have signed out and signed back into my Apple ID but the card is not available. I need to pay my bill but its not allowing to add my card to my wallet.

Make sure your Apple ID is set to the right region (you may need to change the region and change it back). You can also call Goldman Sachs at 1-877-255-5923.
