Voice note on website

Hello every one

I have an iPad for my kid that used for distance learning on school website but I’m having issue with leaving a voice note on school website(attachment below) for some home work that requires a voice note.

I can only attached pic and video from my iPad, I even requested a desktop website on both safari and google chrome it doesn’t work. Any ideas how to fix this issue!

*Note= when I open the same website from any laptop I can leave a voice note.

Hello,

Check with the website’s support to see if they support iPad.
