Mi ipad doesnt work
The screen of my ipad pro suddenly went black. Its been almost 4 hours and I can turn on the ipad. Thanks for any help from you.

I alredy did everyting you send me and nothing happens.
The final step in that support document is to contact Apple Support. What did they say when you contacted them? Have you setup a service request?
