No power

Power isn’t switching on

  • charger has green light which I assume has means it has full charge
  • attempted the Shift+Control+Option+Power for 4 seconds and then press the power again


unsure of what to try next

If you still have problems, then you will need to get the laptop repaired. Click on the "Contact Support" link at the top right of this page to see your options. In some regions you may be able to mail the laptop to Apple for the repair.
