CAMERA NOT WORKING

Can anyone help, the camera on my Notebook Air has not worked since I bought it, thought I had done something wrong, but cannot see why it does not work?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.13

The camera never worked? Contact Support and arrange for a return or repair.
