how to quickly switch the language on the keyboard in mac OS10.14.5? Without going every time to settings and languages etc?

The two normal ways to switch keyboards on a Mac are
1) Click on the "flag" menu at the top right corner of the screen and choose the one you want
2) Use the keyboard shortcut Control plus Space.
