Error code 9039

I have recently downloaded my iTunes library to my iPhone. After doing this when I go into iTunes on my Mac, my library is there but I cannot listen to the music. it will not play. I have signed into my apple account and I keep getting this error code 9039. Any suggestions as to what I can do to resolve this issue?
