iPhone voicemail

I have an iPhone X. Recording says voicemail is full but it isn’t. There is no voicemail to clear, no messages so how could it be full?

Voicemail is a feature provided by your carrier. Have a chat with your carrier support folks.

As voicemail is a cellular provider option, you would need to contact them for steps to correct the issue.
