Need help with sim tray
Just bought a brand new iPhone today, trying to put my sim in but the tray won’t open. Even asked my strong partner to help. Bought from BigW. Any suggestions? We only have a Telstra shop and Optus here.

Well, using the tool in your iPhone box (or a small paperclip) it should open, as per this support article:--> Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If you're still having difficulty ejecting the SIM tray, take your device to your carrier for help.
