Can’t hear people on calls

My phone seems to have developed a fault I can’t hear and people can’t hear me on calls . I think I’ve tried everything but nothing works. Calls work in headphones

When I make or receive a phone call I can’t hear the person on the other side but volume is fine on everything else Can’t hear anyone when making a phone call or receiving one

iPhone people can’t hear me on phone calls only iPhone people can’t hear me on phone calls only mic works for everything else.
