Battery with Apple car play

i would like to use apple car play with the iphone 11. However, you always have to connect the cell phone to a cable in the car. It is known that the batteries from Apple have not been the best so far and I would like to make sure beforehand whether the battery is resistant to the fact that you can connect and disconnect the cell phone at any time, even if you are driving a car. So that the battery is not broken again after a year.

can someone give me an answer?

Yes, you can leave it attached to the charging circuit as charging stops when the battery reaches 100%.

Yes, you can connect/disconnect at any time.
