Other system data hogs storage

How can I remove over 24G of storage on my iPhone that is being occupied by other system data?

“Other” is not system data. It is all data on the phone that does not fall into the explicit categories. But a very large Other can indicate storage corruption, which can be the result of an interrupted sync. To fix that back up the phone, then restore your phone from the backup.
