Can the ATV stream Apple Music?

The second generation Apple TV cannot stream Apple Music directly. You need a 4th gen (HD) or 4K Apple Tv to get the actual Music App.

You can however, stream Apple Music from another device such as an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Mac to the Apple TV using Airplay: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202809
