So I just ordered an Apple Watch it’s series 5 which I didn’t know till now and I was wondering if it will work with my iPhone 7 Plus!??

See one of the last footnotes in:

"Apple Watch Series 5 and Apple Watch Series 3 require an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 13 or later."

So, if you have iOS 13 on your iPhone 7 Plus, yes it should work.
