the purchase was done without my consent I want refund asap.

Firstly, cancel the subscription: please see See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Strictly speaking all purchases are final : please see this page for information on requesting a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support - note that just deleting an app doesn't cancel the subscription (and that free trial periods normally go on to charge automatically unless cancelled).

However Apple have been known to be sympathetic in cases of actual error, so it's possible that they may allow you a refund as a one-off concession: but please be aware that they are under no obligation to do so: go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

I installed the app headway and I was not informed before

they cut money from my account for yearly subscription as there were no any

notification or message from app before they charge and when I installed they

have shown me the weekly plan for 132 Rs. Now when they cut 6900 INR with out

intimation I would request app store to help my money back and not getting

people like me trapped in the stealing policy of this kind of app makers. That

will loose the credibility of customers from app store. I would request you to

take strict actions against the app as they dont reply to any cleints and this

is the reiview they got and knows as stealing money app. Right now people are

facing fianncial crisis due to corona even I am not getting my salary and money

crisis is there so would request app store to help me with refund. I am ready

to pay for 2 days subscription. I understand the policy but it should not only

one way like stealing money or looting. Please please help me help me. I would

appreciate the positive response and would share the same feedback for appstore

on social media. Other wise this kind of apps are made to loote people. Please

stop this kind of policy. as during any emotional situarions people may forget

to cancel it is very natural so they must ask for confirmation once before

buying.

so please refund my money i dont mind if i get it as

appstore balance credit that i can use to buy even some sensible appls this is

stupid useless.
