I am losing money from the payment in my Apple ID without knowing where it has been spent

Hello, i have an issue i am losing money from my internet card that is the payment in my apple ID without knowing where it has been spent . Can you check if it’s transferred for the apple store ?

Because I recieved a message from my bank that 2.99$ is transferred to apple.com and it happend twice lately .

In this forum we are end user same like you. Therefore we won't be able to check your purchase transaction . Nevertheless you can check your purchase history or any of subscriptions as per this article.

You may have been scammed.


Did you provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, your bank, etc.

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement.


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

Hi, i got the same problem. But my Bank Card App shows me I am paying 13.50 für Apple. Neither I got any Invoice. But when i pay my Apple Music Abo, which costs 12.90, I get an Invoice to my Mail Account. It‘s also NOT listed in the Apple ID where the Abonnements are shown. I only have the Apple Music Abo. How can I unsubscribe it?
