Charges on my account

I am being charged for iTunes .99c and 5.99 and I do know the reason for the charges?

iPhone 5, iOS 9

One possibility for the 99¢ charge is for upgraded iCloud Storage. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
