Apple Watch Screen Distortion

About 5 times a day the display on my apple watch becomes distorted...everything is huge, so much so I cannot make out what is on the screen. Rebooting the watch fixes the issue until the next time it occurs.

That sounds like zoom. Depending on your setting, you can Zoom the Watch face by double-tapping two fingers on the screen. Drag two fingers to move around the screen, and double-tap two fingers and drag to change the zoom. It can be turned off and on in the Watch app on the iPhone.
