i canceled a subscription and deleted an app but its still charging my account for it

how do i get a canceled subscription to stop charging my account? i deleted the app as well its makes 0 sense to me

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

We’re not Apple folks.


We can’t see your accounts, your payments, nor which apps you have or have not purchased. Or deleted.


If you’ve gone through and cleared the subscription here:


View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Then you will want to call Apple iTunes Support.


Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support


...then choose Get Support, and select appropriately. Billing, most likely.


(Deleting an app doesn’t clear an associated subscription.)
