No. And the way iOS works it would be impossible for an antivirus to work on the phone, because each application is restricted to its own working storage and can’t access any system data or the data in other apps. There are no known viruses that can infect any iOS device.

Yes, those are fake and they try to scam you into downloading apps which only offer you paid subscriptions. iOS is very secure.
