My wife has an iphone 8 and has an app that lets you plunk in the apple id's of family members and see where they are. I have a SE and it does not have this app. Is this app available to me? (I have a different "find my" app that doesn't appear to let you do this.) Is there any way that I can see where the other phones on my account are?
If you're using Family Sharing, all of your family's devices should show up there already.
If you want to find a device belonging to someone not in your family sharing group, tap on the "Me" button at the bottom and scroll down, then tap on Help a Friend.

Right. But that doesn't appear to do what Find My iPhone does. That is, is there someplace where I can put in an Apple ID and password and see where that phone is? And/or, is there any way to see where other phones on my account are?
Thanks. This is helpful but I'm still having problems. It wants two-factor authentication to log in with a different id, which "Find My iPhone" doesn't ask for. I don't have my daughter's e-mail on my phone so presumably this means I can't use it.
I am not familiar with Family Sharing or how to turn it on.
Find My iPhone was replaced by "Find My" in iOS 13.
