My iPhone background inverts colors and then return back to the original color when I turn my iPhone on and also off. How do I stop this from happening?

Great Job. Just remember that majority of the problems are solved by simply Force ReStarting your iPhone as shown here-->>Force restart iPhone - Apple Support . Glad you were able resolve your issue.
