All new generations iPhone could handle two mobile numbers?

I'm confused, ALL iPhones XR, XS and 11 could handle two mobile numbers, one with a physical SIM and a second with an eSIM? Or only selected models?

Thank you,

All of them. See: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support

Except the ones sold in China mainland, Hong Kong and Macao do it via two physical SIMs rather than an eSim.
