I lost my IPhone so I didn’t use my Apple Watch for a while but I got a new IPhone and I forgot the Apple ID for my Apple Watch and it says I cannot use My current Apple ID to unlock this device so what can I do now?

You HAVE to get your old apple id,if you can't then the watch is of no use to you.
