Issue of Mac App Store in macOS Catalina

Is there any way to make App Store in macOS Catalina. Never have been such issue since Catalina. I upgraded mine to Catalina from Mojave and App Store start playing like the attached images ( sometime blank white screen and sometime no images at all)

I thought maybe there is some error while upgrading so just deleted the OS and Partition, and Reinstalled Catalina as a fresh but same issue. Is there any way to fix this without reinstating computer ?

Thanks welafever. I tried everything just doesn't work at all. I just found out why it is happening. I am using OPENDNS Umbrella Roaming Client ( https://docs.umbrella.com/deployment-umbrella/docs/1-introduction-1) and because of that Appstore is not working. when I disabled that it work fine. I just don't understand the main reason. As far as I know all are working except Appstore. Not a clue why.

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Does it happen in safe mode?
