iPhone disabled

Due to some reason my phone is disabled and asking to connect to iTunes, but i know the passcode it just I can't access to it

Hi Pranita,

Unfortunately now that the iPhone is disabled, you will need to reset the passcode with the use of a computer. Here is how to do it-->>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Hope this helps and you are able to successfully reset your passcode. Good Luck.
