How many times I try I am not able to enable Voice control in accessibility? I went through settings—-Accessibility——Voice control but its not working. Someone please suggest a solution to this issue. The error what I am getting is “Unable to download necessary files in your language”.

Voice Control is available only in the United States.
The issue is solved guys. The fix is I just updated the software to ios 13.3.1 from 13.3. Now I am able to control my phone through the voice control commands.
Sir may be you got misguided. I am able to use this feature in my Iphone 11 in India.
