If watch connecting with anther Apple ID and I don’t know it
I can not pair Apple Watch with my iPhone as it’s connected with other Apple ID I don’t have it

You have to remove the other apple id,if you bought the watch 2nd hand then you need to contact the person you bought if off and get them to follow these steps;
The watch is activation locked and the only person that can remove that lock is the person who originally set the watch up.
