External Hard Drive No Longer Recognized by iMac Catalina
I've used this external hard drive for years as my backup for Time Machine. My iMac Retina 4K late 2015, on version 10.15.2 can no longer find the drive. I have tried rebooting the drive, changing the ports, removing the disk etc but none of that has helped. About the time it started I updated to Catalina, and then because of other issues, on Mac's direction, created a new user. I can't run disk utility or other suggestions since it simply isn't there. I'm also confused as to the disks showing, I'm used to seeing only one - picture attached.
