Notes disappear

2 month ago I bought a new iphone, synchronized it with previous iphone and transferred all the info. But a few days ago I found that I have just 18 latest notes from almost 150/200 I’ve had. I didn’t delete it and couldn’t find it in “recently deleted”. So what should I do? How to recover my notes?

I don't know what might have happened, but if they were notes only on your iPhone, the only way to recover them is to restore the iPhone from a backup that was made before they disappeared.

Be aware that restore is an all or nothing process. You cannot only restore notes (for example) and any information on your iPhone between now and when the backup was created will be lost.
