INTERNET CONNECTION.

My iPhone changed hands, all efforts to get internet connection failed with a new Sim Card.

Any idea what to do please? It's iPhone 5-ios 10.3.4

Are you saying you can't access the internet when using cellular data? If so, you'll need to contact your carrier.
