Is it possible to change the keyboard on my device to another with 2 different languages ?

If you are talking about replacing the hardware keyboard on your machine with one that has the printing for two languages on the keys (like English plus Russian or Arabic or Chinese), the only way to find out is by contacting an Apple store or service operation in your country and asking them directly yourself.
