This is the process as shown in this link If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support however you WILL need a computer which you stated that you do not have. Please try and borrow a computer from a friend or a family member to get this done.
As a last resort, you may attempt to visit your Apple Store and see if they can give you some assistance. Thanks.

“You need a computer to follow these steps. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.”
If Find My Device is enabled, you could try to log in to your account at iCloud.com and erase the device remotely.
After the device is erased, it will prompt you to setup again, re-active using your Apple ID and you will get option to restore it from the backup.

Only way to reset your phone if you don't know your passcode is using iTunes. Make sure you also know your apple ID password to prevent being activation locked. Make an appointment at an Apple Store and they can take care of it for you.
