Change phone number under My Phone in settings

Just tap on it and you can edit it. However, that will not change your phone number, which can only be changed by getting a new SIM from your carrier.

You tried gettin a new SIM that many times? As I said a new SIM is the ONLY way to change you device’s phone number.
