I have bought my pro max in the month of November 2019. Unfortunately it fell down and the back glass has a crack. Will this be covered under any warranty? I have not taken the insurance for this phone☹️

No, it will NOT be covered under warranty. Accidental damage has never been covered under iPhone warranty. The back glass can not be replaced or repaired as it is fused onto the phone. Without AppleCare+, you will have to pay for an out of warranty replacement at about 60% of the cost of the phone when new. When you get your replacement phone, invest in a protective case to avoid this in the future.
