You should also report it stolen to your local police. And make sure to notify your carrier that they should block the sim card you had in it.

hi! Did you use iCloud backup copy?

On any device with browser log in on iCloud.com in Find My and Lock your iPhone.

There you can see where is it.

Also on iCloud you can see what you can save of all your information. But unfortunately you can't do backup copy after loss.
