Is there a way to correct/change how a dictation is spelled out?

Choose correct keyboard and Dictation Languages. I do not understand the need for changing / correcting spelling during dictation.

Mainly for names. For example, if I dictate my daughter's name, "Sara", it always shows "Sarah" with an "h".
