Hey my iPhone 6s is locked and it say connect to itunes what do I do ?

You can borrow from a friend or if you have the original purchase receipt with the Serial Number clearly printed on it, take it into an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Retailer and have them restore it.
Plug it into your computer and restore iOS using iTunes.
That’s the only way ? I do t have a computer
