I cannot remember my password and the iPAD is disabled. How do I reset the password?

You will need to restore the iPad. Follow the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

After that, you can set a new passcode and restore your latest backup.
