Apple Watch friends activity doesn’t update

Hey Guys,

my husband and I were using the same Apple ID until we both got apple watches and they started interfering with each other. So I got my own Apple ID which worked fine for a while but now activity isn’t updating my friends anymore. They are at 0% all day. I tried deleting and adding them again but it hasn’t changed anything. I also unpaired the watch, signed out of iCloud and signed back in. Is there anything else I can do?
