Stolen phone

My iPhone XR was stolen on the 2 of January 2019 and find my iPhone was offline. I got an email on Friday about the location but I only saw the email now. Is it possible to send the latest location where the phone is?

iPhone XR, iOS 12

When you say that Find My was offline do you mean that you never set it up or your phone was turned off?

Since it sent you an email perhaps the iPhone could be online and you can see the location on the app or website: https://www.icloud.com/find/
